This time I spent just few hours in Madrid, so I had the chance to eat there just for lunch time.

I choose to eat at La Oveja Negra and at the end of the meal¬†I could say it was a very good choice ūüėČ

La Oveja Negra is a cute little place, quite informal and actively involved in the cause.

From Monday to Friday they have a daily menu (including starter, main dish, drink, bread and coffee/tea/yogurt) for just 8‚ā¨. Or you can choose from their menu, which is 100 % vegan and offers many options like tortillas, burgers, salads, croquettes and lots more. Furthermore,¬†dishes marked with * can¬†be served gluten-free.

I choose the daily menu and had Watermelon Gazpacho as a starter, which was quite unusual but really good and Millet and Spinach Burgers with a delicious and creamy Carrot¬†Sauce. My boyfriend had¬†Chickpeas and Beet Burguer with Caramelized Onions and Fries. Both of us were really satisfied ūüėČ

Just a note to the service: waitress are not unplesant but a little moody and especially in a vegan place this is a pity. Sometimes a smile is better than everything.

However, it’s a very nice place where to eat vegan in Madrid. I would come here¬†again as the food was simple but tasty¬†and it’s really worth the value.
